He is survived by: his parent Audra Dodd West; his wife Starr; his daughters, Tammy Rockwell (James) and Lori Fox; his grandchildren, Allison Rockwell, Amanda Johnson (Josh), Nathan Rockwell (Antonio Papale), Chantel Fox and Keyarra Nelson; his great grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Jacob Johnson, Kaylee Johnson, Quincy Taylor, Kendal Taylor, Mia Taylor, Caydon Rockwell and Aeriana Papale; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Fox and Buck Higgins (Bonnie); his nephews, Donnie Fox, Gary Fox, Phillip Fox, Mike Fox and Gilbert Fox; his sibling Tommy Caserta; his friends, Richard Spahr (Elena), Pat, Michele, Danielle, Jim Caserta, Tony Principe and Tony Sokol (LouAnn); and also, Becky Blake (Randy) and Patti Schaffer. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
