It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Martz (Alliance, Ohio), born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Martz and Irene Martz (Neff); his wife Evelyn Martz (Krueger); his siblings, Joyce Ratcliff of Garrettsville, John Martz of Florida and Rick Martz of Buckhannon; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Krueger Biltz of Alliance and Margaret Krueger Smith of Hiram. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
