He was predeceased by: his parents, James Partin and Connie Partin (Syme); his son Charles Partin (Bub); and his siblings, Evadine Bittner, Bernice McCann and Willard Partin.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Partin; and his children, Colleen Mathes (Tom), Cathy Partin, Carla Bunch (Bill), Craig Partin (Tammy), Rick Barnhart (Theresa), Natalie Weekley (Richard), Melony Bertolini (Craig) and Tracy English (Mark). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, and several Great- Grandchildren.
