He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Vance and Virginia Vance (Warner); his stepmother Alberta Court; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Hall); his children, Charles Jr. (Hannah), Justin (Kathrine), Cody and Mattie Cevallos (Angel); his siblings, Nancy Rice, Linda Murphy, Kay Salinas, Leonard, Jim and Tim; and his grandchildren, Allie, Koby, Jordan, Blake, Ruger and Kimber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks are required due to the Governor's current Covid-19 mandate.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Deans Funeral Home to help defray funeral costs.
