He was predeceased by: his parents, JoAnn Lyle Powell and Clarence Wm; his sister Debbie Duschl; his stepbrother Ralph Wagers; and his stepmother Mary Wagers Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jen Hill (George) and Tim Powell (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Madison Zellers (John), Michael Hill, Lillian and Adelyn Powell; his siblings, Steve Powell (Marsha), Janey Watt (Roy), Terri Larkins (Joe) and Patricia Rabon (James); and also, Tim and Steve Powell.
Those attending the service must adhere to the guidelines and mandates set forth by the State of Ohio and wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing when possible.
