Lautzenheiser (Denny); his wife Joy Lautzenheiser (Maye); his children, Cody Lautzenheiser (Carli), Anissa DeSanzo (Brenden) and Madison Lautzenheiser (Dale Miller); and his siblings, Lanette Elasivich (Larry) and Larry Lautzenheiser (Cindy).
In lieu of flowers, Dale's family suggests making a memorial contribution to the Dale Lautzenheiser Family Missionary Scholarship in his honor.
