He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelly Welsh-Greene; his granddaughter Eleni Welsh; his parents-in-law, John Custar and Sylvia Greenfield (Sam); and his brother-in-law Gary Custar.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy A. Welsh (Custar); his son Keith D. Welsh (Kimberly) of Alliance; his grandchildren, Athena Welsh, Ashton Welsh, Esther Greene and Ruthie Greene; his son-in-law Benjamin Greene; his sister Darleen Packey (Gerald) of Alliance; his sisters-in-law, Karen Custar, Connie Mohr (Paul), Sherrie Martin (Thomas) and Shellie Lepucki (Richard); his sibling's children, Melissa, Amy, Brent, Brian and Buddy; and his pets, Bandit, Leon, Toast and Mascara.
