He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Pennell and Doris Marie Parson; his daughter Lisa Marie Pennell; and his brother Bill Pennell. He is survived by: his wife Diana Renee Pennell (Paine); his son Christopher Pennell; his brothers, Larry Pennell (Mary Ann), Greg Pennell and Les Pennell; his sister-in-law Lois Pennell; and his close friends, Julianna, Janice, Ted Goshorn, Wanda Phillips and Tim Thompson.
