He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald H. Lewis and James C. Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Donald J. Lewis and Elma Lewis (Puska); his wife Trudy Lewis (Scharein) of Alliance; his daughters, Gretchen Cox (Larry) of Alliance, Rebecca Lewis of Alliance and Katharine Eversdyke (Scott) of Alliance; and his grandchildren, Bethany Cox, Alexandra Cox, Matthew, Anna, Kara and Natalie Eversdyke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
