With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald E. Baxter of Alliance, Ohio, born in Minerva, Ohio, who passed away on July 15, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Violet Baxter (Lee); his stepgrandson Nicholas; his siblings, Robert, James, William Baxter, Hazel Glass and Edna Michael; and his former wife Francis Baxter (David).
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Rowley-Baxter (Cook); his children, Kathy Jarvis (Jim) of Alliance, Karen King (Terry) of Alliance, Julie Howe of Louisville, Jennifer Baxter of Alliance and Michael Baxter (Maria) of Louisville; his stepsons, Samuel Rowley (Jena) of Akron and Fred Rowley of Alliance; his grandchildren, Brad, Jessica (Brian), Taylor, Andrew (Kailey), Olivia and Logan; his stepgrandchildren, Hailee, Cole, Allison, Alyssa and Bella Rosa; his great grandchild Brooklyn; and his sister Betty Clair. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
