He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy C. Price and Louisa Price (Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Price (Haymaker); and his sons, Paul Price (Jennifer) of Canton, Greg Price (Rhonda) of Oklahoma City and Jerry Price (Gretchen) of Elkins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandson.
