He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl B. Williams and Irene Williams (Kincaid); his wife Linda Williams (Wilson); his daughter Melinda Eckert (Ryan) of Alliance; his siblings, Linda Amis (Joe) of Canton and Jeffrey Williams of Canton; his granddaughter Raelyn Eckert; his siblings' children, Eric (April), Michelle (Richard Dixon), Chelsea and Melissa; and his close friends, Ray, Fred and Noah.
