He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Johanson and Irene Johanson (Drake); and his brother Norman Johanson. He is survived by: his wife Jane Johanson (Hollaway); his children, Jennifer Miller (Dennis) of Cincinnati, OH, Lorie Schillig (Rick) of Lewisburg, TN and Fred Johanson Jr. of Alliance; and his siblings, Arthur Johanson (Sue) of Damascus, OH, LaVerne Vafides (Alex) of Boardman, OH and Betty McGirr of Fostoria, OH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in Earl's honor to the First Baptist Church in Alliance ot the Alliance Shrine Club Transportation Unit.
