He was predeceased by: his parents, Welty Moffett and Lina Moffett (Lower); his sister Mary Jane Moffett Byland; and his son-in-law Chris Skubiak. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Moffett (Yarian); his children, Debbie Skubiak and Jerry Moffett (Sherry); his granddaughter Melissa Krenzer (Gary); his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Brianna, Brayden Andrew Franks (Joanna), Ann Moffett and Leigh Martin (Alex); his nephew Timothey Byland (Rebecca); and also, Shelby and Hadley.
