She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona (Welsh) and George Gwin Sr. A; her husband Joseph J. Falcone; her siblings, John, Joseph, George, Betty Diebel and Margaret Ann; her nephews, Tommy Diebel and George Gwin Jr.; and her cousin Anna Mae "Babe" Welsh.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Mary Kay Snyder (Howard), Susan Vancavage, Kathy White (Tom), Mary Jo Wiese (Ted), Judge Scott Gwin (Monica), Judge James Gwin (Bonnie) and Keith Diebel (Terri). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Nell's honor to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
