He was predeceased by: his wife Juliann. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Corina), Mark (Jo), Matthew (Marie), John and Andrew; his grandchildren, Jacob Trainer, Gina Premier and Matthew Trainer; and his former wife Miyo. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
