He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Foith and Ruth Foith (Walters); and his brother-in-law Gale Scott. He is survived by: his wife Michalene (Duruttya); his daughters, Shawn Petersen (Rusty) of Alliance and Susan Kinder of Danville, VA; his siblings, Randy Foith (Kathy) of Alliance, Bruce Foith (Lorna) of Texas and Connie Scott of Boise, Idaho; his grandchildren, Brent Petersen (Patti) of Alliance, Taylor Petersen of Alliance, Katie Higgins (Anthony) of Alliance and Hanna Compton (Gab) of Danville, VA; his stepchildren, Jody Johnson (Clint) of Louisville, Josh Ginther (Jill) of Alliance, Sherri Cole (Lee) of Alliance, Ken Nile II (Cheryl) of Alliance, Mike Warne of Alliance and Dale Scott of Alliance; and also, Freddie Rodriguez and Gary. He is also survived by 15 step-grandchildren; 25 step great-grandchildren and many cousins.
