He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob "Jack" and Maxine Hazel Kocher (Salsbury); and his brother Kevin Kocher. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Kocher (Biles); his children, Stacey and Travis; and his stepchildren, Debbie King (Brent), Robert Klein and John Klein (Tammy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
