He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy C. Sines (Brown); his grandmother Cosma; and his son Matthew Reichart. He is survived by: his father David Sines Sr. (Barbara); his siblings, David Sines Jr. and Tammy Sines (Leonard); his children, Josh Sines (Antoinette), Jesse Sines (Chelsey) and Amanda Buck (Shane); his grandchildren, Mya, Michael, Mikala, Carolynn, Shane Jr. Aleeah, Rylee and Novalee; and his close friend Diane Marteney.
