It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlow R. Doc Watson (Alliance, Ohio), born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Watson and Velma Watson; his siblings, David Watson and Bev; his brother-in-law Sonny Shackle; and his son John.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Debbie Ward (Ron) of Holt, MI and Candy Bond (Todd Little) of New Philadelphia; his daughter-in-law Susan Watson; his stepchildren, Viola Dyer of Alliance and Kenny Dyer (Bonnie) of Beavercreek; his grandchildren, Farrah Neal (Brian), Eric, Stephanie, Tyler, Logan, Natalie, Nathan Bond, Chaoron and Kevin Sun; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Ethan and Lucas Neal.
In lieu of flowers, Doc has asked that donations be made to Camp CHOF through Canton Baptist Temple or to the giver's favorite charitable organization in Doc's honor.
