He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Blanchard; and his siblings, Patty Light, Butch Light, Harry Light, James Light, Larry Light and Kenneth Ware.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Garvin of Bainbridge, OH and Vance Garvin (Carol) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Alisha Garvin, Wyatt Garvin, Jenifer Garvin and Nicole Ormiston; his great grandchildren, Katelyn Garvin, Dezaray Garvin, Ashlynn Garvin, Grayson Garvin and Serenity Garvin; and his siblings, Claudette Richards, Bonnie Kass, Joan Light, Clyde Light and Marvin Blanchard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
