With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Cottrill (Alliance, Ohio), born in Lost Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, French Cottrill and Virginia Cottrill (Highland); his son Robert Lee Cottrill; his grandson Robert Lee Cottrill II; his wife Elaine; and his siblings, Mary Francis Fernandez, Jean Brower and Spencer Cottrill.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Lowe of Alliance and Kenneth Cottrill (Teri) of Atwater; and his grandchildren, Robin Cottrill (Joe Brock), Jimmy Cottrill, Kendra Levis (Cory), Cory Cottrill, Niki Long, Kati Foster and Michelle Foster. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
