He is survived by: his father Jimmie Holbrook; his wife Sharon Holbrook (Buchanan); his daughters, Jennifer and Samantha Holbrook; his stepsons, Scott Gallina-Otto (Chris) and Matt Gallina (Prairie); his sister Michelle Holbrook; and his niece Amberlyn Anderson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
