She was predeceased by: her father Newton W. Rose; her children, Joanne Kalp, Michelle Berletich, Lenore Kendall and Robert E. Berletich, Jr.; her mother Blanch Rose-Machinia; and her sisters, Arlene Dryer and Wanda McGrew.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E Berletich, Sr.; and her sons, Joshua T. Berletich (Arielle) of Willard and Douglas T. Berletich (Joanne) of Wyano, PA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
