With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann McNeal (Alliance, Ohio), born in Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 3, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Eddy and Mary Eddy (Echols); her husband Herbert Lee McNeal; and her sisters, Janice Shively and Mary Underwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Leann Laure (Joie) of Alliance; her grandson Macagey Laure of Alliance; and her brother Jarold Eddy of Alliance. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Judith McNeal Education Scholarship Fund to benefit students entering into the field of Education.
