She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hammel and Martha Jane Hammel (Light); and her siblings, Dale Edward Hammel, Pat Ann Middleton and Jackie Hammel.

She is survived by: her husband Douglas Earl Harvey; her daughters, Sonia Leasure (Chris) and Tara Vargo (Chris); her grandchildren, Stephanie Foley (Randy), Matthew D. Harvey, Kaitlyn Hall (Jake), Melanie P. Vargo, Cassidy A. Vargo, Evelyn J. Fortune and Andrew J. Fortune; her great grandchildren, Chloie of Alliance, Ohio, Baelee of Alliance, Ohio, Weslee of Alliance, Ohio, Brentlee Foley of Alliance, Ohio, Kane Harvey of Alliance, Ohio, Skylar of Alliance, Ohio and Lola Hall of Alliance, Ohio; and her sisters, Diane Grimes (Butch), Lora Wimer (Dan), Beverly Fortune (Russ), Sandra Pinkerton (Mike) and Linda Hammel.
