She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shook and Barbara Shook (Guthrie); and her son Bradley Kelly. She is survived by: her son Chad Kelly of Paris; and her sisters, Peggy Gandee (Tim) of Salem, Mary Sinsley (Bob) of Salem, Lisa Hutter of Salem and Tonia Yoho (William "Jack" Kelly) of Leetonia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
