He is survived by: his mother Katherine Hoffmaster (Keith); his stepsons, Brent Allen and Robert Allen (Stephanie); his siblings, Keith Hoffmaster (Lori) and Karen McKnight (Randy); his siblings' children, Crystal Blackford and Trey Parks; and his grandchildren, Robert Wayne Allen and Elizabeth Lynn Allen.
