She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kubenik and Rosella Kubenik (Booth); her daughter Heather Marie Gang; her nephew Christopher Wheeler; and her friends, Ronald Worley Sr. and Tammy Manion.
She is survived by: her fiancé Leonard E. Phelps; her daughters, Felicia A. Gang and Angela Phelps (Eric); her grandsons, Jeffery E. Sloat and Allen Joseph Sloat; her brother-in-law Raymond Wheeler; and her nephew Richard Wheeler. She is also survived by other relatives including cousins, nieces, and nephews.
