He is survived by: his wife Betty Mae Rupp (Blake); his children, Theresa Marie Rupp Douds, Lawrence Rupp III and Eugene Rupp (Stephanie); and his siblings, Viola Warner, Rita Hornsby and Bob Rupp. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
