He was predeceased by: his parents, Ammon A Miller and Elizabeth Miller (Schlabaugh); and his siblings, David, Henry, Sarah, Nancy, Anna, Lovina and Abbie.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Miller of Alliance; his children, Timothy Miller (Carol) of South Royalton, VT, Dena Moore, Cynthia Carpenter (Robert) of Tucson, AZ and Kristine Paris (Walter) of Limaville; his grandchildren, Arthur Chartier (Katie) of Rutland, VT, Joseph Moore (Devin) of Wooster, Courtney Legros (Joseph) of Homeworth, Chelsea Fagan (Marc) of Alliance, Jordan Carpenter of Tucson, AZ, Erin Carpenter of Tucson, AZ, Nicholas Paris of Alliance, Adam Paris of Alliance and Christian Paris of Limaville; his great grandchildren, Riley Mullet of Wooster, Jacob Moore of Wooster, Colton Legros of Homeworth, Jase Legros of Homeworth, Sabrina Chartier of Rutland, VT, Jessica Chartier of Rutland, VT, Wyatt Chartier of Rutland, VT and Brynnlee Fagan of Alliance; and his sister Ada Raber (Dan) of Millersburg.
All of the current face masks, social distancing, and building occupancy rules will be observed according to the Health Department guidelines.
