He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Lee and Nancy Barker (Collins); his wife Evelyn Janice Barker (Shuster); his siblings, Arlie Jr., Margaret Barker, Stanley Chester Barker, Carl, Deloris Weigel Jr. (Barker), Leroy and Lenore; and his parent-in-law Atty.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice Lynn Barker-McLaughlin; and his siblings, Virgil Barker, Dr. Wilma Faye Hollaway (Barker), Juanita Barker (Richards) and Eleanor Zimmerman (Barker). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews; several cousins; and many friends.
