He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Garcia; and his brother Kenneth Chico Garcia. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Garcia of Alliance, Joseph Garcia of Alliance, Nancy Colon of Akron and Rosemary Garcia of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
