She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Cogar and Zona Cogar; her niece Rae Dell Neese; her brother Richard Cogar; and her nephew Lewis Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Snodgrass (Wendy) and Lisa Boyer; and her grandchildren, Riley and Kaylee Snodgrass. She is also survived by children, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Marlboro Township EMS Dept. at 9577 Edison St NE, Alliance, OH 44601.
