She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Sr. Thomas and Emily K. Thomas (Wanamaker); her husband Ben V. Frustos; and her siblings, Betty J. Hale, William Thomas Jr., Jack Thomas and Bob Thomas.
She is survived by: her son Ben Frustos Jr. (Debbie) of Alliance; her granddaughters, Ally Rodgers (Brendan), Cory Tafe (Matthew) and Addie Butler (David); her great grandchildren, Zane, Sydney Peterson, Presley Butler, Lennon, Avery Rodgers and Emree Tafe; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jean Reale of Columbus, OH, Corrine Densmore of Florida and Joyce Thomas of Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
