She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hoover and Jessie Hoover (Brinker); her former husband Jerry Fox; her husband Samuel Kuhn; her siblings, Walter, William, Russell Hoover and Mary Mihalik; her granddaughters, Danette Loy and Kristen Owens; and her son-in-law Jim Haslam.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Simmons (Dennis), Carol Stanley (Gary), Sharon Haslam, Jerry Fox (Marilyn), Tina Fox and Lisa Palmer (Joel); and her stepchildren, Jay Kuhn (Peggy) and Cheryl Cameron (Bob). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; forty one great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
