He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Billiter and Mollie Billiter (Yoho); and his brothers, Donald Billiter and Charles Lee Billiter. He is survived by: his children, April Litz of Pataskala and Matthew Billiter of Beloit; and his sisters, Linda Hayhurst of Minerva, Lois Sickle, Judy Mc Gill, Chris Garloch (Dan) of Alliance and Janice Nitz of Beloit.
