She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Blake; her children, Anne McHam (Loyid), Larry Blake (Linda), Michael Blake (Jeanette), Lisa Hazen (Rod) and Darlene Baum (Jerry); and her siblings, Evelyn Bissett, Doris Moore, Sarah Moore, Carolyn Drizake, Freda West, David Earnest and Linda Kinsey.
