It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Garrett (Alliance, Ohio), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Ellis and Geraldine Ellis; her brother Joby; and her parents-in-law, Charles and Lena Garrett.
She is survived by: her husband John Garrett; her daughters, Tina (Michael Latimer) and CiCi (Clark Oswald); her sisters, Virginia Ann Jones and Lois Wolfe; her grandsons, Chris Latimer, Matt Latimer, Thomas Oswald and Mark Oswald (Madison); and her great grandchild Levi Garrett Oswald. She is also survived by many other in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.
