He is survived by: his wife Dottie West (Chapman); his daughters, Amy Burchett (Josh) and Andrea West; his grandchildren, Luke, Russ and Ella-Grace; his siblings, Kimberly Ulrich (Gerald), Rita Wilson (Keith), Michele Ballentine (Glenn), Marlene Rigdon, Mark Zaleski and Marty Zaleski (Tracie); his mother-in-law Dorothy Chapman; and his sisters-in-law, Russella Anderson, Shelly Waback and Sheila Jackson (Samuel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
