He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Swinton and Genevieve Swinton (Manfull). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Mahan of Tiverton, RI; his brother David S. Swinton (Sharon) of Pinckney, MI; and his sibling's children, David Swinton of Pinckney, MI and Dawn Rutledge.
