He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester A. Summers and Margaret B. Summers (Seymore); his wife Arlene Mae Percy; and his siblings, Hazel Ingledue, Mary Hewitt, Donald Baxter, Jim, Frank and Sam Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond William of Alliance, Lester Thomas Summers of Alliance, Oscar Lee Summers of Salem and Eileen Lynn Steed (Donald) of Salem; and his sister Elsie Henson of Alliance. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
