She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray James "Jack" and Margaret Sines (Hickman); her adoptive parents, Fred Sines-Saulsberry and Elizabeth Sines-Saulsberry; and her siblings, Mike Sines, Deloris Sines, Bonnie Anthony, Florence Beres, Lillian Robertson and Dorothy Bradsvich.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Smith; her daughters, Traci Ruhl (Kenneth) of Alliance, Kathy "Kate" Rhome (Richard) of Alliance and Angel McIlvain of Alliance; her granddaughters, Patricia (Bryan), Angel (Frank), Sara, Jacqueline (Kyle), Erica (Andy), Niki (Steve) and Kady; and her siblings, Bill (Karen), Dewey (Sandy), Ronald (Mary), Terry (Kelly), Jack (Martha), Joann Prus (Bob), Nancy Anderson (Dennis), Linda Polankay (Joe), Rhonda Binion (Pete), Connie Hughes (Randy), Rea Palos (Freddie) and Donna Davis. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
