He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ivan Leasure (Sam) and Violet Ann Leasure (Bush); and his siblings, Mona, Darlene, Peggy, Roseanne and Jacob.

He is survived by: his significant other Mary Savage; and his brothers, Elmer and Hank Leasure (Russell).

In Lieu of flowers; donations may be made in Patrick's honor to the Beloit Fellowship Baptist Church.
