She was predeceased by: her siblings, Henry Prunty, Gene Nuzum (Earl) and Betty Jefferies (John). She is survived by: her husband Donald Church; her children, Paula Frase (Jeff) and Jeff Church (Lynette); her grandchildren, Joshua Frase (Abbey), Christopher Frase, Tyler Church, Anthony Church and John Prunty Jr (Margie); and her nephew Shane Livingston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
