He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie A. Mehnert (Betz); and his stepson Jerry Streza. He is survived by: his daughter Laurie L. Legros of Alliance; and his sister Beverly Samay. He is also survived by married January 18, 1963, and who died October 31, 2011, one brother, two sisters.
