She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley O'Brien and Catherine O'Brien (Carper); and her siblings, Jennifer O'Brien and Kenneth O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Michael Perkins; her sons, Tyler Perkins (Savannah Derrick) of Alliance, Grayson Morrow of Alliance and Derek Perkins of Alliance; her sisters, Cynthia Cugini (Terry) of Hartville and Karen Wilson (Kevin) of Alliance; and her siblings' child Along.
