He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Miller and Martha I. Miller (Shade). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Miller (Crubaugh); his sons, Jeffery D. Miller (Lorie) of Alliance, Rodney A. Miller (Marianne) of Smyrna, GA, Stephen L. Miller of Charleston, SC and Eric L. Miller (Renee) of Brunswick, OH; his grandchildren, Dr. Jessica Fluharty (Rick), Lauren Miller, Benjamin Miller (Chetawni), William "Rich" Miller, Alex Miller and Blake Miller; his great grandchildren, Aubree Kay Fluharty and Owen Jeffrey Fluharty; his siblings, Kenneth E. Miller of Warren, OH and Charlotte Parrill (Fred) of Fairview, TX; and his siblings' children, Michelle Miller, Melody Didyk (Mark) and Scott Parrill (Shawnnah).
