He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermine Locke and Helen Locke (Kerr); and his brother Joseph E. Locke. He is survived by: his wife Nancy G. Locke; and his children, R. Mark Locke (Karen) of Alliance, Jeffrey J. Locke (Tammy) of Pearland, TX and Donna Jean Webster (John) of Alliance.
