He is survived by: his wife Grace McNeal (Albright); his stepchildren, Tom Dugan (Linda), Jim Dugan (Liudmyla), Vicky Little (David) and Tracy Carahan; and his siblings, Butch McNeal (Nancy), Clara Ward and Mary Shutler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
